I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who believes that there are reasons behind the ways we think, feel, and respond. Understanding these patterns can help us develop greater self-compassion and create space for meaningful change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, boundary challenges, and the effects of childhood emotional neglect, abuse, and generational trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person. I draw from IFS-informed parts work, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, bilateral stimulation/EMDR-informed approaches, and Somatic Experiencing.
My hope is to create a safe and meaningful connection where trust can develop and you can explore your story at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can reconnect with yourself, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and discover that change is possible.
